Where can I get my tickets?

How are dollars raised?
We’re raising funds through the sale of tickets ($50 of your ticket price is a tax-deductible donation to CCRI), sponsorships, matched funding, the silent auction, raffle, and fund-a-need—a live auction where participants volunteer financial support toward the cause at various levels.

How will the funds raised be used?
We are putting the money raised at this year’s TableScapes fundraiser toward building accessible homes, helping people with disabilities access mental health care, and providing inclusive opportunities for socialization and connection.

Who can attend?
Anyone!

Will there be food and beverages at TableScapes?
Yes, we’ll have a wonderful meal catered by Courtyard by Marriott, complete with:

  • House salad.
  • A dinner roll w/butter.
  • Your choice of:
    • Bourbon Chicken: Marinated grilled chicken breast with a bourbon glaze served with scalloped potatoes and roasted vegetables.
    • Vegetable Lasagna: Lasagna noodles layered with ricotta cheese, fresh vegetable medley, and mozzarella cheese topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce.
    • Pork Ribeye: Grilled 8oz pork ribeye served with house-made cherry chutney, garlic mashed potatoes, and glazed baby carrots.
  • Your choice of blueberry white chocolate cheesecake or caramel brownie cheesecake.

There will also be a cash bar available.

What time should I be there?
Doors open at 5:30 P.M., with a social until 6:30 P.M. We recommend arriving between 5:30 and 6 P.M. to get your drinks, buy your heads-or-tails paddles and beads, bid in the silent auction, and see (and take photos with) the amazingly decorated tables. Dinner will be served at 6:30 P.M., with the program starting at 7:15 P.M. The event should wrap up by 9 P.M.

Do I need to decorate a table?
No—You don’t need to decorate a table to attend. If you want to, we’d love to have your creative talents! To sign up, contact Kimmie Mcguire at Kimberly.McGuire@CreativeCare.org or 218-331-2027.

Who can decorate a table?
Anyone—and the theme can be whatever you want. Think about hobbies or collections you might have. You can also decorate your table based off a color, TV show, game, or movie. The sky’s the limit. What makes our event special is each table is as unique as the people we support.

If I decorate a table, will I get everything back that I used as decorations?
Absolutely! You’ll pick up your items at the end of the fundraiser.

How and when should I pick up my silent auction items?
You can pick up your silent auction items after the auction closes at 8:45 P.M. on Thursday, October 14, or at our Moorhead office (2903 15th St. S.) by Friday, October 29. Auction items not picked up by 5 P.M. on Friday, October 29, will be donated or included in a future auction.

What is the dress code?
There is no dress code, most people will wear anything from business casual to semi-formal.
